Guests get a text, reply in their own words, and Addressed records the answer. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
Step by step
- The invitation arrives as a text from Addressed naming you and the event, with a short link to the guest's own page.
- The guest can just reply: "yes to the ceremony, skip the boat day, fish for me, bringing Mark" is enough.
- Addressed reads the reply and saves it: the RSVP, a plus-one and their name, meal choices, dietary notes, and a mailing address if you asked for one.
- The guest gets a short confirmation of what was saved, in their language: "Got it, Dennis! You're in. Plus-one: Mark. Sea bass for both."
- The link opens the guest's page, where they can see the details you published and change any answer. Hosts on Destination and up can also let the AI answer questions there and by text.
- On your side, the guest list updates as replies come in: RSVP, party, meal and address columns fill themselves.
Good to know
- Texts to guests are in their language: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German or Greek, chosen per guest or per event.
- Free and Essentials read guests' replies (75 and 300 AI replies per event). Destination and up add the concierge, which answers guests' questions from your event details.
- Guests abroad can get WhatsApp instead of SMS on paid plans; the reply works the same way.
