A destination wedding is several events. Each one you add gets its own RSVP, so the brunch count is not the ceremony count.
Step by step
- Open Activities for the event and add an item: a name, the date, a start time and an optional end time.
- Choose whether guests answer for it separately or whether it follows their main RSVP (good for the ceremony itself).
- Mark an item Invite-only to show it to some guests and not others; everyone else never sees it.
- Guests see the items on their page and in the invitation, and can reply to each by text: "yes to the ceremony, skip the boat day".
- Each item has its own RSVP deadline; after it passes, answers for that item are closed and the count is final.
- The Activities page shows the status of each item and how many have said yes.
Good to know
- Items that follow the main RSVP do not ask guests anything extra.
- Room blocks and travel details live under Story, travel & registry, not in Activities.
