Refunds are handled by a person, by email. This page says what the Terms of Service allow and what changes in the app once a refund goes through.
Step by step
- Annual plans (Planner, Studio and Business billed yearly): ask within 14 days of the purchase or of a renewal and we refund the unused part of the year, prorated.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Part of a month is not refunded.
- Event plans (Essentials, Destination and Grand) are not refundable once the event has been upgraded.
- Add-ons and seats (guest packs, credit packs, printed mail, extra seats) are not refundable once used. A credit pack with none of its credits used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- To ask, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Name the event or the plan and the date of the charge.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
- A full refund of an event plan puts that event back on the Free plan. A full refund of a guest pack or credit pack takes back what the pack added.
- A partial refund changes nothing in the app; it is recorded against the purchase.
Good to know
- If your event goes back to Free after a refund, its guests, RSVPs and messages stay. Only the paid plan's limits and features go.
- The full wording is in the Terms of Service, section 4.
