Couples buy once per event; planners subscribe. Changing either is done from Addressed, and a subscription's billing is managed in Stripe's portal.
Step by step
- Upgrade an event: Edit Event → Plan & add-ons. Moving up, say Essentials to Destination, costs only the difference ($100). Moving down, or buying the same plan again, isn't possible.
- Need more room without a new plan? The same section sells guest packs (+50 guests, $25) and credit packs (+250 credits, $10) for that event.
- Subscriptions (Planner and Studio) renew automatically, monthly or yearly. To cancel or change the card, open Billing and choose Manage billing.
- A cancelled subscription shows Cancels at period end and keeps working until then. After that the account is on the Free plan; your events and guests stay.
- Seats: open Team. Seat Management shows the seats used against the seats your plan includes (2 on Planner, 5 on Studio).
- Add Seat buys another at $15 a month ($150 a year on annual billing), pro-rated for the rest of the billing period. Remove Seat lowers your next bill.
- Seats can't go below your plan's included seats, or below your members plus pending invitations.
Good to know
- Features of a paid plan, like WhatsApp and the AI concierge, follow the plan the event has when a message goes out.
