Every payment goes through Stripe. What you get afterwards depends on whether you bought something once or subscribed.
Step by step
- Event plans, guest packs and credit packs are one-time payments on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe emails the receipt to the address you entered there.
- Planner and Studio subscriptions: open Billing (Subscription in the account menu) and choose Manage billing. Stripe's billing portal lists every invoice to view or download, and lets you change the card.
- Billing also lists your Event plans, each with the event it covers and when it was bought.
- Prices are in US dollars. Checkout does not add sales tax or VAT to the price shown.
- Need a receipt again, or an invoice with a company name or VAT number on it? Email [email protected] with the date of the charge.
Good to know
- Manage billing appears only for a subscription paid through Stripe. Complimentary plans have nothing to bill.
- Your bank statement shows the charge from Stripe on behalf of Addressed.
