Couples pay once per event; planners pay monthly. Everything you send is measured in message credits, and the Billing page shows them as meters.
Step by step
- Open Billing (Subscription in the account menu). The current plan card shows the plan, the renewal or purchase date, and meters for guests, message credits and AI replies.
- Free covers one event with up to 75 guests and 300 message credits for its lifetime, and reads up to 75 guest replies with AI.
- Essentials, Destination and Grand are one-time purchases per event, with more guests, more credits and, from Destination up, WhatsApp-first texting abroad and the AI concierge.
- Planner and Studio are monthly, cover several active events at once, and reset their credits each month.
- Running short mid-event? The meters offer Add 50 guests — $25 and Add 250 credits — $10, bought for that event only.
- Email never uses credits. A text to a US or Canadian number is one credit; texts abroad count more, by country, and the preview shows the cost before a bulk send.
- Receipts and card changes are in the billing portal, opened from the same page.
Good to know
- During launch week (November 17–24, 2026) the first 200 paid events get a free 50-guest pack, the Founding Couples offer.
- A plan belongs to an event. Buy the plan from the event you are planning, not from a test event.
