What is a message credit?
It is how messages count against your plan. Email is free. A text to a US or Canada number is one credit. Texts abroad count as 3 to 7 credits depending on the country, because carriers charge more. Most WhatsApp messages, from invitations and save-the-dates to reminders, updates and replies, count as 1; the few WhatsApp classes as marketing, such as hotel room-block reminders, count as 2. Before a bulk send we show exactly how many credits it uses.
How many credits does a wedding use?
A 120-guest wedding with 40% of guests abroad, sent 6 messages each (save-the-date, invitation, reminders and a day-of note), uses about 720 credits with WhatsApp on for guests abroad, or about 1,872 if everyone gets texts.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Email keeps working. Texts and WhatsApp pause until you add a credit pack or upgrade, and we warn you before you get close.
What does the AI concierge do?
Guests can text back on every plan, and the AI records their RSVP and address. The concierge, on Destination and up, also answers guest questions by text or WhatsApp from your event details — dress code, shuttle times, hotel codes — so you are not in the middle of every thread. Each reply counts toward your plan’s concierge replies and uses the credits of the message it is sent as.
How do planner plans work?
Planner plans are monthly, from $79/month, and limit how many events are active at once. Archive a finished wedding and its slot frees up. Credits and concierge replies reset each month. Annual billing gives two months free.
